The world has always been divided into two types of people. One who knows what they want and get it and One who know what they want but change according to the situation.

We are going to talk about the second type of people. The world is full of them, they know what they are but in the process, they forget and try to be what people are expecting them to be. For e.g. If a girl is a capable public speaker, the company will want her to be good at content writing too. That’s not fair, her skills sets are more polished when she interacts with people directly.

Big Companies don’t give its employees the creative freedom to do whatever they want. Their things are done in a certain systematic way. The salary, reputation everything is good there but the satisfaction to do what’s right is not there whereas what’s easy. This was the reason that many start-ups have been started in the last 20 years which are headed by the corporate officials who once used to work for these monsters companies.

So, people now have realized that they can achieve whatever they want if they work with those companies who really give the writer the freedom to write as and however they like. With Big companies, it’s very difficult to innovate or even generate new ideas as companies are busy in sprouting the sampling which is dead or has been there forever. But with the change in the world and people mind-sets, people don’t mind taking risks and creating start-ups’.

Start-up is nothing but an established new business which is in its early stage to prosper and develop, founded for the purpose of offering products or services which are unique & different. For e.g. TRIPOTO is one of the most successful start-ups which caters to the travelers who can share their stories as well itineraries. They had started their Startup in 2014 and till date have been funded by Snap deal Founders Kunal Bahl and Rohit Bansal, 500 Start-ups are just the names of many who have invested in TRIPOTO.

These start-ups’ are now providing people with opportunities to expose themselves as they like as well providing them with one of the most arising issues in our country i.e. Unemployment. Start-ups like Youth4Work aims at building good relations with its users as well as its employees. It aims to provide the job as well as the right skills sets by educating them with Notes, Mock Tests, and forums. Imbibing them with ideas and the right knowledge about different government as well non-government exams.

The start-ups’ in India have always been about giving birth to the new mentality, about how to lessen the burden of the people by providing them everything at one place, about how to minimize the problems and give solutions. For e.g. YouTube was started in 2005 with the inspiration to upload videos but now it is the medium which provides jobs to Thousands and Hundreds of people out there. It provides them the platform to express their views and opinions and in return, they get paid.

Even Government of India has started an initiative called Startup India which was launched by Prime Minister Narendra Modi in January 2016. As Modi realized that India will not be able to generate Employment opportunities’ much. He introduced the idea to the country so that people will come forward and give employment opportunities to the other people. The government is ready to invest money in start-ups and government had set up funds with the total corpus of Rs. 10,000 Crore to support these companies for next 4 years. He started a campaign called Make in India with the motive to motivate people to manufacture everything within the country and boycotting the foreign products.

Start-ups are here to improve and enhance the work ability as well boost the economy of the country by providing the youth the expertise as well educate them by providing the knowledge of the society we live in, to be 2.5 lakh jobs. The Start-ups now are working towards providing the illiterate as well literate the help to perform better and achieve excellence. It brings innovation, technology and most importantly, education qualification is not the limit here, here only the sky is the limit. Start-ups take up more risks and hence, prove more successful. Every year almost 10millions people go around looking for jobs and it is Start-ups which provide those needy people with jobs rather than big Monster companies.

The demerit however is:Sometimes people are not willing to work with them as they are not successful, and they give less salary and work hours are more. They sometimes end up exploiting its employees to the maximum and in India alone, 3100 Start-ups join the rat race every year. The problem is without investments these companies cannot perform well and in order to be in the market, they go for an extra edge which ends up in making risks which might flop the start-up.

I think the start-ups are the future and only this way, our future generation won’t be need to look for a monster company to accept the ideas rather they’ll make it come true on their own.
