Helping Students and Training Partners to achieve better performance

A very important and critical factor in the success of the training and skill development schemes is the readiness of the under-training candidates to face the final assessments.
Skill training involves 2 parts:
1. Theory, consisting of basics & concepts and
2. Practical, consisting of applications of theories.
Both parts are assessed separately, but performance of a candidate in practical aspects largely depends on one’s understanding of theories. Hence, building a solid foundation of theories and concepts is the critical step in the skill development process. One sure way of ensuring this is to have continual testing of learnt concepts.

Which sectors are covered under these skill practice tests?
- Currently, there are practice tests for 500+ job roles from 30 sectors under MSDE and NSDC.

- Overall question bank has over 30,000 questions. The question bank gets updated every week with new questions.
- Training Partners / Students can suggest if they wish to focus on any particular sector or job roles.
How does these skill practice tests help students?
- Each job role consists of at least 3 sections — created based on the QP-NOS relevancy. This is done to ensure overall coverage of all the possible topics that the students / candidates are trained on.

- Students can practice each section individually if required. Though Youth4work recommends that students first take up the overall job role practice test.
- After attempting any question, the students get to know the correct answer and can comment / participate in discussions, as show below:

- After each practice session, students can check their performance reports through a link: https://www.prep.youth4work.com/MyReport
- Students get scores & speed analysis as shown below:

- Students can also revise all attempted questions from the report. Students get to the insights on all questions —Who all are attempting the questions? How are they performing? What is the average speed? etc.
