• The TPs and outside world can check students’ data, their batches, their education, location, ranks, etc. on Youth4work. This brings recognition to TPs and helps to draw more candidates and companies gradually.

3. Manage Companies Connections with Candidates for Placements

• There are over 14000 companies and recruiters registered on Youth4work who contact the candidates directly through internal messaging system (WorkMails) for job and career opportunities.
• Using the special access to the admin reports on the Institute Profile, TPs can check out how many companies have contacted their candidates recently.
• TPs can also find out whether the candidates are replying to the companies or not.
