On this Diwali, Youth4work launching in 11 regional and 10 foreign languages
India, being a secular state with 838 million people of different religions, speaking more than 122 languages and following various traditions and norms. Communication among the people is the key, for any country, to be developed. The best impact of globalization is to grab the pinch of the western technology with our traditions.
According to a report, there are 7.49 million internet usersin India out of which 46% are English users and 54% are regional users as they find content in regional languages more reliable than the content in English.
In the year 2012, a platform Youth4workwas launched with an aim to solve the major issue of every Youth i.e. unemployment. With the passing days, the platform has grown from a start-up to a skill based company, showcasing young talents with their unique assessment tests, practice test for competitive exams and certification courses.
The younger people are almost three times more likely to get employed than the adults. Youth4work acts like an exposed labour market as well as the job market which connects the two with each other. The platform uses its advanced technology for showcasing the young minds, digitally.
The mission IFFCOYUVA proved to be a great step towards the betterment of the economy of the country as employability has been provided to the rural youth in large number. And now, Youth4work.com is launching in 21 languages; 11 regional and 10 international.
Rachit Jain, CEO of Youth4work.comsays, “The problem of the youth in one country is same as in another, and our firm has always focused on how to solve them by assessing and evaluatingthe youth. Unemployment isn’t the only issue but how to find a job is one.”
“The initiative to reach out to the large number of youth of different culture all over the world can only be done if we reach out to them in a way in which they better understand the services we are providing on our platform and the one way is to be available in the language they know. Youth4work is going to be launched in Telgu, Tamil, Bengali, Punjabi, Marathi, Urdu, Malayalam, Kannada, Oriya, Gujrati including Hindi.”
“The tie-up with Centro Netec, a skill based company in Mexico, has helped us in expanding our technology based facilities outside India too. For the Spanish speaking population can access our website in Mandarin, Spanish, Arabic, Portuguese, Russian, German, French, Turkish, Japanese and Italian, adds Rachit.”
The purpose of launching the website in 21 different languages is to help the Youth in the need of the hour.

भारत एक धर्मनिरपेक्ष राज्य है, जहां विभिन्न धर्मों को मानने वाले लगभग 838 मिलियन लोग रहते हैं और सभी की भाषाएं अलग-अलग है। अगर अनुमान लगाए तो पूरे विश्व की तुलना में केवल भारत में ही लगभग 122 से अधिक भाषाएं बोली जाती है। इन सभी धर्मों और भाषाओं के लोगों के बीच उच्चीत संचार से ही देश का विकास संभव होता है और इसके लिए सभी भाषाओं को तकनीक के साथ जोड़ना होगा।
युवावर्ग के बीच बढती बेरोजगारी की समस्या को कम करने के उद्देश्य से वर्ष 2012 में Youth4work की शुरूआत की गई थी इस प्लेटफॉर्म पर रोजगार के अवसरों को मुहैया कराने के अलावा युवा प्रतिभाशाली लोगों को मूल्यांकन परीक्षण, प्रतियोगी परीक्षाओं और प्रमाणपत्र पाठ्यक्रमों के लिए अभ्यास टेस्ट उपलब्ध कराने की भी सुविधा मौजूद है।
Youth4work श्रम बाजार और नौकरी बाजार दोनों की तरह के कार्य करते हुए एक-दुसरे को आपस में जोड़ता है। यह प्लेटफॉर्म अपनी उन्नत तकनीकों का प्रयोग करते हुए युवाओं के डिजिटल दिमाग को प्रदर्शित करता है। अगर बात करें युवा लोग की तो वयस्कों की तुलना में युवा लोग लगभग तीन गुना अधिक कार्यरत होने की संभावना रखते हैं।

इस विषय पर बात करते हुए Youth4work के CEO रचित जैन का कहना हैं, कि हर देश के युवाओं की समस्या एक समान है और हमारी फर्म ने हमेशा मूल्यांकन के द्वारा युवाओं की इस समस्या को हल करने पर ध्यान केन्द्रित किया है। नौकरी प्राप्त करने के लिए बेरोजगारी केवल एकमात्र मुद्दा नहीं है। “
इतना ही नहीं उन्होने आगे कहां कि “दुनिया भर में विभिन्न भाषा बोलने वाले युवाओं तक पहुंचने और उनसे सम्पर्क करने के लिए हमें उनकी भाषाओं को समझना होगा और उन्हें उनकी भाषा में समझाने का प्रयास करना होगा, जिससे वे बेहतर तरीके से हमारे प्लेटफॉर्म पर उपलब्ध विभिन्न सेवाओं का प्रयोग कर के अपने कौशल का विकास कर सके और अपने लिए एक सही करियर का चुनाव कर सके और इसका एक तरीका उनकी भाषा में उपनी सेवाएं उपलब्ध कराना है, इसलिए Youth4work अब हिन्दी भाषा समेत तेलुगू, तमिल, बंगाली, पंजाबी, मराठी, उर्दू, मलयालम, कन्नड़, उड़िया, गुजराती भाषाओं में बी लॉच हो गया है।”
इस विषय पर आगे चर्चा करने हुए रंचित जैन ने यह भी बताया कि “मैक्सिको की कौशल आधारित कंपनी सेंट्रो नेटेक (Centro Netec) के साथ समझौता करने के बाद से भारत के बाहर भी हमें अपनी सेवाओं का विस्तार करने में मदद मिली है। हमारी वेबसाइट अब स्पैनिश, मंदारिन, अरबी, पोर्टगीज, रूसी, जर्मन, फ्रेंच, तुक्री, जापानी और इतालवी भाषाओं में भी उपलब्ध है”
वेबसाइट को 21 विभिन्न भाषाओं में लॉन्च करने का मुख्य उद्देश्य समय की बदलती आवश्यकता के अनुसार युवाओं की मदद करना है।
