A ‘company profile’ is a window that gives a preview of the company and its objectives conveying important details to youth / visitors pertaining to their career aspirations.

The profile completion graph on the Dashboard shows how strong and detailed a profile is, i.e. have all the profile elements been filled up by the company representative.

How does your company profile look to anyone?

A Company’s Profile includes About, Blogs, Jobs, Team, Forums, Popularity.

First & Important Step to strengthen the company’s profile:

  • Log in and go to Edit Profile: Click here
  • Add your company’s logo, headline and a banner image.
  • Fill ‘About’ section, stating brief about your company, products, services, vision, etc.
  • Fill up sections about why should someone work in your company and what traits do you look for in a potential recruit.
  • Fill up details on your company’s website, team-size, turnover, company representative.
  • Also fill your company’s office address. Interested Youth can see this on maps.
  • Choose your industry category and organisation type.

Hit ‘Update’ button to save all filled details.

This just completes the ‘About’ section of your profile (shown in the top-most image), but helps to increase the completion graph.

Other Steps to improve profile

  • Post Jobs. It’s free
  • Post blogs and news / updates of your company, industry, etc. This helps in your SEO and increases followers.
  • Start / Answer questions in the Forums to interact with youth.
  • If your company’s employees have their profiles on Youth4work and they mention your company’s name in employment details, they are shown in the ‘Team’ section of your company profile.
